We are pleased to introduce ourselves as Bristol’s newest vegetarian-friendly catering supplier. Established in 2011, our products give caterers of all types a healthier and friendlier choice for the vegetarian / vegan client.
Our fresh Falafel comes in five original flavours. It is hand-made locally in St. Philips in Bristol and sold in bags of 60, which on average weigh 20g (although this may vary as all our products are hand-made). Our Falafel has been very well received locally, bringing to many a new selection of quality products which are both versatile and profitable.
We cater to bars, cafés, pubs and restaurants in and around Bristol and the South West. We can deliver to anywhere in the Bristol area. We also provide a buffet service on request and will be rolling out our mouth-watering food at festivals this summer!
What’s On The Menu…
The House
Loads of fresh herbs and spices, traditionally blended to produce the finest Falafel.
Basil Fawlty
A Falafel with less spice, but loads of fresh basil and sweet potato.
Butter Me Up
Stuffed with butternut squash and a hint of nutmeg.
Eat The Beet
Jam packed with beetroot, feta cheese and chilies.
Billy Goat
Local goat’s cheese, red peppers, chili and a sprinkle of parsley.
Houmous
We make our Houmous fresh everyday (available in 2kg tubs).
Vegetarian Sausages & Burgers
Using a base of chick peas and polenta, we have developed the ultimate vegetarian sausage! These are available in packs of 30 and come in a variety of flavours including;
- Chilly Billy with goat’s cheese, sun dried tomato and chili
- Herbie with basil, chives and Italian parsley
Our Falafel Burgers are hand made with chick peas, polenta, herbs, spices and are available in boxes of 25 (average weight is 6oz per burger).
